Canadian Immigration Program  FSWP is a Canadian immigration program for skilled workers to boost the economy and address labour market shortages.

Express Entry System Create an Express Entry profile and wait for an ITA to get permanent residency. The program is managed through Express Entry.

Eligibility Criteria Need at least one year of skilled work experience, language proficiency in English or French, and meet education standards.

Points-Based System To qualify for the program, applicants need at least 67 out of 100 points based on age, education, work experience, etc.

NOC Categories Work experience must fit specific NOC codes that determine eligible jobs and industries.

Language Proficiency Applicants must submit language test results like IELTS or CELPIP for English or TEF for French to prove their language proficiency.

Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) If you have educational credentials outside Canada, you must have them assessed by designated organizations.

Proof of Funds Candidates coming to Canada must show they have enough money to support themselves and their families. 

Settlement Funds Individuals who wish to move to Canada may be required to provide proof of settlement funds for their initial relocation.

Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Express Entry uses the CRS to select permanent residency candidates through regular draws.

Invitation to Apply (ITA) After receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA), applicants have 60 days to submit a complete application.
